CinemaSlice has decided to consolidate our rating system.
The CinemaSlice Reel Rating System is a 6-point scoring metric. The purpose of our new system is to get all contributors aligned on the same page, so to speak. That is to say, we, the collective contributors of CinemaSlice.com, are resolved to all use a single unified rating system when writing reviews! And, we don’t use half reels– cuz thats a cop-out!
Check out the simple break-down below:
6 – Reels
Highest recommendation. A full boat! A perfect score! STOP WASTING YOUR TIME READING THIS ARTICLE, AND GO SEE THIS FILM, NOW!
5 – Reels
Strong Recommendation. Highly recommend this one! Not quite the alpha, but definitely the right hand man. SKIP THE ‘WATCH LATER’ LIST, AND CHECK IT OUT TONIGHT!
4 – Reels
Solid recommend. Like that edgy kid in school… you stand out a little.
3 – Reels
The average Joe. The middle of the pack. Not impressed, yet didn’t fall asleep. CONGRATULATIONS ON NOT COMPLETELY SUCKING!
2 – Reels
Few redeeming qualities. There may be a scene or 2 worth watching, but over-all– there’s no reason to get excited over this one. NOT QUITE…
1 – Reels
Not worth your time. The participation trophy of the rating system. ANYTHING IS WORTH WATCHING ONCE, RIGHT!?
0 – Reels
Lowest recommendation. Reserved for only the worst of the worst. Some films deserve a perfect ZER0. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS ONE!
And there you have it! Slice on, Slicers! Slice on!
